Billing Question

Good morning,

I just noticed an 850 Licensing inspection that was sitting in on-hold billing. Everything appeared correct with the fee schedule, inspection type and square footage. When I looked into it further I noticed that this was a reinspection and was curious if this inspection type was supposed to go to not billables on a reinspection similar to an FCIP inspection. The last two line items are what I am looking at. The initial inspection billed at $240 like a licensing inspection should but now the reinspection is sitting in on-holds.
